Low-Intensity Focused Shockwave Technology

This typically pain-free treatment option utilizes sound waves to stimulate the creation of new blood vessels and, thus, an increased blood supply to the penis and genital area. This increased blood flow can lead to greater arousal, rigidity, and improved sexual performance for men suffering from diminished ability as a result of age or other underlying medical conditions. It can be effective in helping men who no longer respond to drugs such as Cialis or Viagra, and there is even increasing evidence of its effectiveness in assisting men who experience erectile dysfunction due to cancer surgery. This European Urological Association recommended treatment option has been in practice throughout Europe for years and is only now becoming available in the United States.

The Vascogenesis® Protocol utilizes the exact same high-end equipment that has been shown to be effective in the international clinical trials and all treatments are administered or supervised by Board Certified Urologists.

Blood Test

Platelet Rich Fibrin Therapy
(also known as PRF therapy)

This treatment involves extracting a portion of a client’s blood and, with the use of a specially adapted centrifuge, enhancing the blood sample, to isolate out and dramatically increase the number of platelets containing growth factors and stem cells in the blood sample drawn. This all-natural serum is then re-administered into the client where the increased platelets may help to stimulate the creation of new blood vessels, which often results in an increased blood supply in the genital area leading to greater sexual function. This technique is most effective when combined with the other synergistic treatments we recommend, including Low Intensity Focused Shockwaves.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy

Diminished levels of testosterone can be a significant factor in the development of erectile dysfunction. Increasing a clients testosterone through the use of a patch, gel, or injection as may be indicated to appropriate clinical levels, could greatly facilitate and amplify the effectiveness of the other combined treatments designed to increase the blood supply in a person’s penis and genital area. This has been shown to greatly assist in reversing the symptoms of erectile dysfunction.

Supplement Therapy

There are a number of supplements and medicinal herbs that have been shown to be potentially beneficial in helping to increase the blood supply in the penis and genital area. Some of these include Arginine, Citrulline, DHEA, Pycnogenol, and Red Ginseng. Adding in selected supplements such as these to other treatment modalities can have a synergistic effect in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Prescription Drug Therapy

There are as many as 14 different drugs available to treat erectile dysfunction, including, but not limited to, Cialis, Viagra, Levitra, and more. When used solely on their own, these may provide only temporary sexual ability without impacting the underlying causes of erectile dysfunction. Unfortunately, resistance to these drugs can occur, and the medication may simply stop working. In many instances however, a combination of other erectile dysfunction treatments provided as part of the Vascogenesis® Protocol can help restore the ability of these PDE5 inhibitors to be of assistance. It has been shown that these drugs, by even modestly increasing the blood supply in the area, can enhance the effectiveness of the overall erectile dysfunction protocol implemented for our clients.

Penile Modeling

Recent studies indicate that device-driven penile stretching and modeling can also stimulate the growth and creation of new blood vessels and blood supply in the genital area. In appropriately selected patients, the addition of penile modeling can assist in the effectiveness of other of the compatible treatments we utilize to combat erectile dysfunction.

Peptide Therapy

Peptides are composed of amino acids. They are the building blocks of proteins and work to regulate a variety of biological functions and processes within the body. They act as signaling molecules instructing the body on how to perform certain functions. Although our bodies naturally produce peptides, as we age the number and quality of peptides within the body may decline.

Peptide therapy refers to the selective administration and restoration of individual peptides within the body as a treatment option for specific medical conditions. These include sexual dysfunction where certain peptides have demonstrated in clinical studies an ability to assist both in increasing libido and sexual arousal as well as enhancing erectile function.
